MACHO Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification once it has shipped.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days (additional cost applies).

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $75 (before taxes & discounts).

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7–21 business days.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. MACHO is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

  • MACHO is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

  • If your order is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We’ll assist when possible.

Pre-Orders & Special Releases

  • Any item purchased as a pre-order will ship on the estimated release date stated on the product page.

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship together once all items are available (unless otherwise stated).
